THREE REASONS WHY I EAT KETO, FOLLOW ALONG ON MY KETO JOURNEY.
If you have been following me, you might be curious why I eat keto…or maybe you aren’t but I’m gonna share my keto story anyway. Although I did lose 30-40 pounds eating a keto diet, this isn’t just a typical weight loss story. I also eat a keto diet for energy and because the keto diet is anti inflammatory.
A few months after beginning a ketogenic diet, I noticed I could think clearer and had better mental focus. My joints didn’t ache as much as the inflammation in my joints and tissues started to decrease. There are many benefits of the keto diet besides weight loss. I now eat keto for inflammation, mental focus and energy.
