Hey guys, I know you guys love my “What I eat in a day” videos so here is a “What I eat in a week” Breakfast edition! Here are my favorite low carb breakfast that I eat all the time. I hope you guys enjoy this video!
Breakfast #1: Breakfast burrito filled with scrambled eggs, spinach, onions & bacon.
Breakfast #2: Two boiled eggs, Italian Chicken sausage, kiwi and blueberries.
Breakfast #3: Spinach omelet, avocado and bacon.
Breakfast #4: Fruit smoothie- Strawberries, mango and kiwi with a scoop of my #Teami Green Superfood blends.
Breakfast #5: Keto chocolate chip pancakes, topped with sugar free syrup and fresh blueberries.
Breakfast #6: Two over medium eggs, Avocado toast and bacon.
