Hi everyone! My best friend was in town and I’ve been resting a sprained ankle so I was off my routine for a week. I had a slight weight gain but I’m not discouraged. It’s all about balance and sometimes we need to break routine for a little bit. I am committed to losing 100 pounds this year so I don’t plan on falling out of routine often.
