Walking and Talking 1

In this video it was an unseasonably warm day, so I decided to take my daughter for a walk. I go over some comments from my social media, including beginners tips on getting into a ketogenic diet and some pitfalls doing that, I also do a quick update on my personal progress regarding my own ketogenic diet, and then I detail out some of my future plans for phase 2 of my transformation and goals for this channel and website.
