Vegan Keto Breakfast Bowl Recipe for Beginners – Chocolate Mousse

This amazing breakfast bowl made with silken tofu, avocado, cacao powder, stevia and berries is perfect for those on a keto diet. It is perfect for beginners as it is super easy to make and it is also healthy. It’s loaded with good fats and vegetable proteins. Don’t forget, you can top your mousse bowl with hemp seeds and flax seeds for additional protein.

Vegan keto tofu chocolate pudding
300g Silken organic tofu
1 avocado
2 tbsp raw cacao powder
2.25g stevia or maple syrup

To a food processor add the silken tofu, avocado, cacao powder, and stevia. Feel free to use a sweetener of your choice. Maple syrup and agave nectar will work well in this recipe. Process all the ingredients until smooth and creamy. Place into your favourite bowl and top with topping of your choice. Go ahead and add raspberries, strawberries, bananas, cocoa nibs, peanut butter , and anything your heart desires.
