Tips for a Successful Start on Keto



How do you start Keto? What are the first steps I should take? In this video I give my top 4 tips for someone wanting to start the ketogenic diet. These are things I wish I knew before I even started as a way to help prepare myself.

RECIPE: Peanut Butter Chocolate Fat Bomb
o 120 grams Organic Butter
o 30 grams Cacao Butter
o ½ cup Coconut Oil
o 3 TBSP Cocoa Powder OR more if you like it darker
o 3 TBSP PEANUT BUTTER!!!!!
o 20-25 Drops of Stevia
• Melt that butter and cacoa butter first on low heat in pot then add coconut oil with peanut butter and stevia. Allow it all to melt and keep mixing it and then add Cocoa Powder. I always taste test to make sure it’s what I want it to be and then I put it in ice cube trays and put it in the freezer!! (: You can change the quantity of ingredients based on your liking.
