This Salmon Cake recipe is quick and easy! You can use your leftovers or grab some fresh, smoked, or canned salmon. This recipe is the basic starter so feel free to add your favorite ingredients! this tastes great with a dipping sauce, or add some spice with sliced jalapenos. A great alternative to this recipe is using 1/4 cup almond flour and 1/4 cup parmesan cheese.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Almond Flour
1/4 tsp Lemon Pepper
1 tsp Dill
1 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 Egg large
10 oz Salmon Fresh, Canned, Smoked, left over
Instructions:
Add Almond Flour, Lemon Pepper, dill, salt, mayonnaise, and egg into a bowl and mix
Fold the salmon into the batter mix
Divide into 4 sections
Put into the fridge for 20-30 minutes
preheat oil in a pan
Form the mixture into patties and add to the pan
Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side or until golden (use lid on your pan)
or use your Air fryer to cook!
