KETO Sheet-Pan Chicken & Brussels Sprouts Recipe
This week I threw together a super easy clean keto recipe: Keto Sheet-Pan Chicken & Caramelized Brussels Sprouts. This basic keto recipe is super healthy and perfect for those wanting to clean up their diet and continue losing weight. The red pepper flakes give the chicken and Brussels sprouts just the right amount of spice and baking them at such a high temperature gives the Brussels sprouts a nice flavor and texture.

Keto Sheet-Pan Chicken and Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients:
4 Chicken Breasts (approx. 2 pounds total)
1 pound of fresh Brussels sprouts sliced in halves
1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup + 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
Bake at 425º for approximately 30 minutes
