Due to covid rates rising like crazy we decided to have our 8th Anniversary dinner at home this year. We pulled out the Blackstone Griddle and made our own private hibachi dinner and it turned out really nice.
2 lbs Beef
3 chicken breast
1 lb of shrimp
3 lbs broccoli florets
2 tbsp salt
4 tsp pepper
1.5 tbsp onion powder
1.5 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp butter
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp paprika
3 tbsp lime juice
3 tbsp olive oil
We seasoned the chicken, shrimp, onions, and peppers with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, lime juice, and olive oil. The beef was seasoned with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder and the broccoli was seasoned with salt and pepper. Place the chicken, beef, onion, and peppers on the grill over medium heat and continue to mix them around the griddle until they received a nice sear on all sides cooking for around 10-12 minutes. The broccoli was cooked for 8-10 minutes and the shrimp was cooked for 3-5 minutes.
