Now while I am call these low carb breakfast muffins, they are really should only be called Keto Egg Muffins with bacon (or sausage) because they are so versatile that these easy Keto Egg Muffins can be used for lunch, dinner, on the go snack, anytime at all! Seriously, these Easy Low Carb Egg muffins are a winner for keto recipes for anyone on a keto, ketogenic, lchf or banting lifestyle!

So you want to know how to make these low carb egg muffins then do you? Of course you do! And that’s the best part about these Low Carb Breakfast muffins, they are so easy that it is a breeze showing you guys how to make keto egg muffins. Its as simple as throwing together a few simple keto ingredients, putting those low carb ingredients into a muffin pan, bake and voila, you have some egg muffins with bacon ready to eat in NO TIME! You can eat these easy keto egg muffins with any ingredients you choose. I put sausage in these easy keto egg muffins, but you could make these as egg muffins with bacon by adding some delicious fried bacon to these low carb egg muffins with bacon. It is really up to you to experiment with the keto ingredients, but if you stick with the base low carb recipe I have provided in this easy keto egg muffins video, you will end up with a keto recipe that is delicious!

I have managed to keep these easy low carb breakfast muffins in my fridge for over a week and they still taste good. So these easy low carb egg muffins would be ideal to make in bulk, and then take them to work for lunch, for keto snacks during the day or anytime you’re feeling hungry and want to keep it keto!

I haven’t even told you the best part – these easy keto egg muffins have cauliflower in them too! You either buy cauliflower rice, or you can make cauliflower rice by popping it in a blender. The cauliflower rice has the benefit of making these easy keto breakfast muffins less eggy. And you get to eat more vegetables rich in vitamins and minerals while tucking in to your yummy easy low carb breakfast muffins.
