Easy Keto Lunch

This recipe fits into the keto or low-carb diet very well. I used to make this with potatoes but when I’m on diet I substitute it with celery root.

– 1 celery root
– 3 cloves of garlic
– 250 g ricotta
– 250 creme cheese
– 3 tbs sour creme
– salt and pepper
– smoked cheese ( or any other type you prefer)
– 3 sausages or sausage meat
