These are adaptations from other recipes that I have created over time, with my own taste and some trial and error baking. Throughout these recipes, only natural sweeteners were used.

I thought these are three staple dessert recipes, hopefully something for everyone, whether you want a quick to chuck in the microwave jobbie or you’re sick of almond flour/can’t go near the stuff – or you’re vegan and need a rich chocolatey fix!
If you can eat all of the above like me, you’re really going to have a variety that you can rotate, freeze and swap ingredients around for seemingly different flavours!
What’s better, they’re all under 3g of carbs per serving!
I would also like to add, the dark chocolate used in the vegan recipe only states “May contain Milk…” if you are vegan, it is upon your own judgement whether you would like to use this brand of chocolate. Although I highly recommend it, linked below – for price and taste!
If you’re not from the UK or Europe, we don’t count “Net” Carbs, as nutritional labels already do this for us, so the carbs stated on my recipes are technically ‘net’, if you were confused!
I know from experience, it can seem as though in the US they have great access to Keto products & ingredients, but the UK do too! You just need to know where to get it from. Hopefully my advice and links below will help guide you to purchasing some lower carb, less glycemic products, regardless of your daily diet!
